The Fitzgerald Library offers printing, copying, and scanning services to Saint Mary’s students, faculty, and staff.
The copier is located near the entry way on the main level of the library. The charge for black & white copies is 10 cents per page and 30 cents per color copy. Faculty may use their 5 digit department code to pay for copies. Faculty may obtain their department codes from staff at the Circulation Desk.
Printing is free. Black and white printers are available in the following areas:
- Lower level ( 2 printers–Mac lab and library classroom)
- Main level (3 printers–Reference Room and Gremelsbach Lab)
- Upper level (1 printer in the McEnery study area)
Students may print from their laptops. For set up instructions ask at the librarian’s station or go to the HelpDesk page.
The copy machine in the entry way of the library can be used to scan documents directly to email. There is no charge for this. Black and white or colored documents may be scanned, but they must be in either JPEG or PDF formats (no Word docs).
Personal flat bed scanners are available on several Windows computers in the Gremelsbach Lab and and one on an Apple computer in the lower level.
