Need some stress relief before finals? Stop in on Study Day (Thursday the 14th) for a yoga session with Megan Peterson, Librarian and 500 hour-certified yoga instructor. There will be two 45 minute sessions–one at 10:00 am and one at 3:00 pm in the Reference Room of the library. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat if you have one. All levels welcome. Take time to relax and breathe.
